The platform does not currently offer any binding contracts or services. By pre-registering (e.g., for the app launch or newsletter), you declare your interest in future offers without incurring any legal claims or obligations.

Your details will be used exclusively for the stated purpose and can be deleted at any time upon request (see Data Protection).

 

3. Planned services (note)

Robin Dog plans to gradually expand the platform, including:

  • Mobile app for iOS/Android

  • Reward system for user actions

  • Community features

  • Partnerships and digital raffles

As soon as such functions are available, they will be governed by separate terms of use or supplementary terms and conditions. You will be informed accordingly before use.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding international conflict of law rules.

Place of jurisdiction: The operator's registered office (Gerolfingen, Canton of Bern) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, provided that this does not conflict with any mandatory legal provisions.
